Board Rules of Practice and Procedure
The Board Rules of Practice and Procedure explain how parties initiate and litigate cases before the Board. Divided into four chapters, there are general rules applicable to all cases (Chapter 1), rules specific to appeals cases (Chapter 2), rules specific to protest cases (Chapter 3), and rules regarding electronic filing and service of pleadings (Chapter 4). In addition, there are four appendices containing sample forms relating to the safeguarding of protected information as an exception to the general principle that all pleadings are public records.
