What are the Board's hours of operation?
The Board is open weekdays from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The Board's clerk can be reached at (202) 727-6597 or (202) 727-6598 during this time.

Can I view the Board's rules of practice and procedure at this website?
Yes, go to the Board rules of practice and procedure.

Can I see case docket information here?
Yes.  On a regular basis, the Board is adding additional pending and closed cases to its case docket database.  To display a case docket, go to the Docket by Case Number search screen and enter a case number.  The electronic docket sheet will be displayed and you may select the description link to view, print, or download a document.  Also, you may go to the links at the home page to conduct full text searching of the Board's published decisions, pending appeals, pending protests, closed appeals, closed protests, or the entire Board database.

Where can I find information concerning filing an appeal or a protest?
You can review the Board's rules of practice and procedure and the Procurement Practices Act.  We strongly recommend that you consult an attorney who practices in the area of government contracts when litigating a case before the Board.  To see guidelines about electronic filing and service of pleadings in Board cases, go to the Guidelines for Electronic File and Serve.
