Under Mayor Muriel Bowser’s March 11, 2020 Declaration of a Public Emergency COVID-19 (Mayor’s Order 2020-045) as extended by Mayor's Order 2021-069 (May 17, 2021), all members of the DC Contract Appeals Board will continue to telework until further notice. During the period of telework, no DC CAB employees will be on site, but all incoming calls will be answered by telework staff, and all filings and Board Orders in cases will be processed without delay or interruption through our digital platform, File&ServeXpress.
