The following search options are available for finding pending and closed cases:

• Docket by Case Number: This search allows you to enter a case number and retrieve an electronic docket sheet with links to the pleadings filed in that case. If a case has been consolidated with other cases, the pleadings from the consolidated cases will also be displayed.
   
• All Published Board Decisions: This search allows full text searching of all published Board decisions. These decisions constitute precedent and may be cited by parties.
   
• Pending Appeals: This search allows full text searching of pleadings in all currently loaded pending appeals.
   
• Closed Appeals: This search allows full text searching of pleadings in all currently loaded closed appeals.
   
• Pending Protests: This search allows full text searching of pleadings in all pending protests.
   
• Closed Protests: This search allows full text searching of pleadings in all currently loaded closed protests.
   
• Entire Board Database: This search allows full text searching of pleadings in all currently loaded pending and closed Board cases, including published decisions.
