The Board’s e-filing system, File & ServeXpress, is currently offline due to technical issues.
File & ServeXpress has not yet provided a system restoration estimate. Board staff will continue to monitor this development, and provide updates as they become available. During this period, parties may file documents with the Board either by email ([email protected]) or by hard copy at the Board’s offices (441 4th Street NW, Suite 350-North, Washington, DC 20001). All filings made at Board offices must be made between 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday only (excluding holidays). Please note that the Board’s regular service rules apply to all filings. See generally Rule 108 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure. In addition, Board Orders issued during this period will be issued and served by e-mail to the Attorneys of Record (or Pro Se if applicable). Pro Se parties appearing before the Board without an email address will receive Board Orders through traditional mail.
